I'm open to any suggestions at this we are running various drivers (again not setup to a print server) with users running PCL 6 drivers on Windows 7 64 AND 32-bit, as well as PCL6 for the few XP users. The only time it did not take forever to spool was when we were directly connected with the tech's I'll give this a shot and will get back to you. It's a main production printer so I don't want to reset it just yet.the issue is mainly with large files but the day-to-day printouts are running We have taken the same document and printed it from multiple computers. The tech we had has been here before and is knowledgeable with this unit so if that would have worked, I'm sure he would have tried it. I'll check the menus and see if I can figure out the export and settings.
